Cogmed Working Memory Training is a research-based 5-week program developed by neuroscientists that helps children and adults become more focused. Research has shown that 80% of individuals completing the program make significant, real life improvement.

    Basically it is for anyone who wants to improve their ability to concentrate and pay attention. It is very appropriate for individuals who have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) with or without hyperactivity. It is designed for children, teens, and adults.
  4. Is Cogmed effective?
    Substantial research has documented that Cogmed training translates into improvements in attention/concentration, impulse control, academic performance, behavior, memory, and social awareness and skills, and other areas.
